  • F2 – REG:system.ini: Shell=Explorer.exe scvshosts.exe
  • F2 – REG:system.ini: UserInit=userinit.exe,bar311.exe
  • O7 – HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System, DisableRegedit=1.

Then click the button “Fix checked” and forget about the Windows cannot find scvshosts.exe error.
