I once again thank you for your effort to help me solve this problem.
After opening the website and followed the instructions given, this was the result produced after scanning my PC: “Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations.” Unfortunately, the problems still exist.
Please, I am having great difficulty accessing my Partitioned Hard Drive which contained almost all my files . I have tried many times to access the drive without success with this message anytime I tried accessing them: “J & F:\ is not accessible”. “The file or directory is corrupted and unreadable.”
I am currently using MiniTool Partition Home Edition v8.1.1 using the “Copy Partition Wizard” with no breakthrough. Whenever it gets to “Where to create a copy”; “Destination device must be an unallocated space” then I am stuck. I am having the same problem trying using “Copy Disk Wizard” and “Copy Partition. I have also tried without success using other menus such as “Change Drive Letter” and the Computer’s Disk Management etc.
Moreover, when I use “Explore Partition” on one of the partition (J:\), all the folders & files show up but on the other partition (F:\) My Computer and a symbol of a drive (F:) appears. No data shows up.
I will appreciate your superior technical advice to enable me access my drive and files.
I have been trying to download this program as I have picked up a virus. But this virus is good, it won’t let me download this fix, as it say it has a virus and deletes it before it gets completely downloaded. Any help for me? And this has happened on other programs I’ve tried to download to eliminate this virus.
